Do I need to visit your office?
No. All material is exchanged electronically and agreements are signed online.
Can you work in English?
Yes. Reports, advice and correspondence are in English or Finnish, as you prefer. Official filings are in Finnish.
How is the monthly price calculated?
By the number of transactions and employees. We agree a fixed price and review it once a year.
How do I get access to OmaTase?
Access is created for clients after the assignment agreement is signed. Your accountant sends the login details; there is no self-registration.
I forgot my OmaTase password
Contact your accountant or write to the office address from the e-mail listed in your agreement. The password is reset within one business day.
Do you do audits?
No. Auditing must be independent of bookkeeping; we cooperate with auditors chosen by our clients.
